This is horrible.

But I'm picturing a scenario where the bomber drops off his package, and one of those piece of shite porch pirates steals the package and blows themselves up. The sweet irony of it appeals to me.

I hate thieves only slightly less than serial bombers.

Meh - a lot of mail gets delivered in Austin without exploding. Now, "all" would be better, but the city's food and music scenes are worth a little risk, wouldn't one think?

I mean, what's the risk/reward analysis for NBR?

It could also be that the bomber is trying to avoid homes with security cameras for obvious reasons and is choosing lower income areas where security cameras are less likely.
