The population of the most populous city, Anchorage, is about like any city of it's size. Most people are recent transplants, it's about 65% white and has the most diverse neighborhood in the nation, Mountainview.
Crime rate is high, I don't see how it's much different from any other city of it's size.

What that graph should tell everyone, especially when compared with crime rates per country, is that incarcerating mass groups of people does nothing to stop crime.

The UK ranks higher than South Africa in violent crime rates. Australia has a sexual assault rate double the world average.
Ukraine has one of the highest crime rates in the world.

Great Britain is 87% white, Australia 92%. That's relatively homogeneous.
The US is less than 80%. Our black population % is far greater than those two combined.

And a child sexual assault rate 6x the national average and you want to know why? Apparently It's due to the lack of law enforcement. The same law enforcerment you champion. But you go on with your claims that the us "system" is flawed because a mall security agent arrests a 15 year old on a bike. I'll take the risk that my son might be unjustly apprehended over my wife getting raped.

I certainly don't know, but you sure as frick don't know either. Why do you think you have some sort of "Ahah!" moment? We don't know why they were pulled over. You people seriously think the cop was riding around and said "hmmmm, look those two black kids on bikes over there. Let's go frick with them..."!?? How fricking asinine is that? Did the cop use excessive force and act like a dick? Absolutely, and he should be handled accordingly, but to say that she didn't try to elude (which she clearly did) and to say that you know what the frick was going on the 5 mins prior to this video taking place is crazy. I swear, it seems like logical thought has fricking escaped society sometimes.
