I would welcome the NFL not playing another down for about five years at this point. Let these guys work an honest job actually contributing to society than signing multi-million dollar deals chasing a ball. May put their perspective back in place as entertainers instead of social activist.

Would never happen. Endorsements alone would keep most of them afloat.

LOL. Just tried to check OAN out, never heard of it before, and their website is down. Probably too much traffic. This RB may have done some good PR for them!

Let's just give them what they want. A Black League where no white people can offend them.

Uhh, he was the nation's leading rusher last year and is a top 10 heiman favorite for 2020. same odds as Etienne and Myles Brennan. If you arent familiar with him then you dont know anything about college football.

However, from a personal standpoint, he just showed the country that he is a gigantic gaping pussy for complaining that his coach wore a t shirt of a news network.

At this point, there is no end in sight. By the end of the year. There will not remain a single high profile celebrity figure who won't be "cancelled" or "boycotted" by 1 of the two sides.

Absolutely no one is safe.

ditto for entitled NCAA athletes. Shut it all down and use Covid as the excuse. Pull the scholarships and let all these intellectual retards go to other schools at their own expense.

In five years we can see if anyone wants to play ball or be woke.

Let this be a lesson, kids.

If you're going to have an opinion, it better be the right one or you're gonna be in trouble. Don't speak up unless you know you have an acceptable view.

It's time to kill off college sports as they now function and return to club sports.

Too much money, too many entitled kids, too many on scholarship that cant meet school min admission requirements and dont deserve the opportunity.

Yes. We should definitely overreact to their overreaction.

If there is one thing I have learned over the past month is that we severely overpay athletes and actors. We give them a sense of importance that they do not deserve and have not earned.

Their opinions should not matter to the majority of Americans because they live in a bubble that makes it impossible for them to relate to the average American. It’s not their fault, it’s ours for caring what they think and for giving a stupid amount of money to watch them perform a job, that for the most part does nothing to better society.

This young man hasn't yet learned that no one is bigger than the team. Hopefully he will receive said lesson in the coming weeks, but I doubt it.

He doesn’t seem to be too upset with the all the people shot and murdered across the country this weekend but he’ll take a stand against a T shirt. So brave.
