This, my friend, is the only reason you have never been an underwear model.

I used to look at those catalogs so often the ink was smeared from turning the pages.

A couple of years back, there was a string on these made-to-order houses from Sears. I decided to go down the rabbit hole and see if any of those houses still survive. There are hundreds all over the country. And it’s interesting to see what they look like now.

Here is one that is actually quite impressive –

Here’s that model in North Carolina -

I still have my eagles helmet. Those were the days. You don’t see kids these days playing back yard games in full pads.

Still have my Dolphins one

I remember the Christmas I got that helmet, a Marino jersey, pants, and shoulder pads. Ace Ventura made me a huge Dolphins and Dan fan

Damn, I forgot about that. We were overseas for most of my childhood, and the Sears Holiday Catalog was absolutely it. We had no other choice.

I'd rock the shite out of that Taz sweatshirt/pants combo.

In my childhood, I feel like the kids that rocked Taz stuff were always the little shitheads and trashier/less well-off kids (no offense to you)

You had to have a certain personality to rep the Taz backpacks and sweatshirts in the early 90s, and those kids were always the opposite of me. They seemed to be the ones always in trouble
