This is an odd thread. It’s actually interesting, but because of the OP’s reputation, it’ll get no traction and just a bunch of snarky remarks.


There’s got to be some sort of German word to describe this situation.

The OP uses this site as google instead of doing a search that will give him most of his desired answers.

Lied on his immigration paperwork.

And I don't think he was convicted. Not sure if he was even formally charged.

I remember back when this happened reading that he was involved in the case in England in some local or regional court. When he fled the jurisdiction they probably didn’t have the resources to follow up and the case just got lost in time. The US has NCIC that works state to state. Lots of other countries don’t have a similar system.

His daughter was in Federal court testifying before a grand jury on the day of the murder-suicire; the GJ was considering Scott Rogers's case and he basically knew the jig was up, going by the narrative put forward in the ID doc

I had several dealings with Scott, Mathew & Kimmie over the years. There was no doubt from the first time I met Scott that he was homosexual. Why no one else seemed to realize that is amazing to me. Mathew did not come across as gay. Dealing with Kimmie at 1stCo was a treat. And she does indeed have a nice healthy rack.

The entire story is an example of how predators operate. He found a vulnerable group to target in the UK and exposed the weakness. The target group there included boys interested in dance and drama. He exploited it by opening an academy for dance/drama. Then offered to “board” students. Of course he preyed upon the weakest/most vulnerable of these students (young boys with homosexual tendencies or disinterested parents). He then began to groom those boys by putting them in situations and conversations that “broke down “ their defenses. They smoked, drank and talked about sex. He created dramatic scenes to practice that required skimpy consumes. Certain boys shared bathrooms with him at the academy. It created an environment where their defense were down and made it seem to them that many inappropriate things were part of normal behavior. The walls closed in on him in the UK due to parents putting pressure on public officials. The county shut the school down and initiated criminal prosecution. First trial ended in a hung jury, but SR admitted to having consuls sex with at least one 14/15 year old boy. The county started the process to try him a second time, when he absconded with several of the “kids” to SE Asia. They put on “private” performances there and hid out for a while. They returned to the UK, but to the southern part which was located several hundred miles away from the original location. He began taking “scouting” trips to the Us in anticipation of moving here. He endured a female in Atlanta to marry him so he could legally immigrate. Once he did, he opens a business here and uses the immigration laws to get the “kids” to legally follow. He then applies for citizenship. He falsified his name and application bc of the past issues in the UK. He then sought out family members of a local federal judge and made friends with them. Slowly he drops comments about the citizenship process being too long, he is getting jacked around , etc. They mention to federal judge and low and behold the process is shortened and he becomes a citizen. As a part of that process, he gets to pick a “new” name, receiving a SS card with the name. He then gets a state DL with that name and begins the process of becoming a verified foster and adoptive parent. His back ground checks come up clean because everyone is searching the record of SR and not his name in the UK. It comes up clean and he starts obtaining kids from the State. It all goes well until he gets into a contract dispute with someone in BR. Like an idiot , his ego takes over and he gets someone to write an article in the paper about the dispute. The dispute leads to a few more articles going back and forth, all of which leave a digital footprint of SR , his photo and location. Meanwhile a victim in the UK is constantly scouting the net looking for him. He runs across articles with the name of SR, which is a variant of the name he used in the UK. The articles reveal that he immigrated to BR from the UK and included at least one picture. The victim then hires a local attorney who reached out to the feds. The feds reach out to State DCFS, and the two work together to investigate the process he used to become a citizen and a certified foster parent. The GJ proceedings are initiated and target letters are issued. In the same day the letters are issued, the state removes the foster and adopted kids from the home. That same day, one of the UK adult victims that lived with SR goes into federal protective custody. A week later the “daughter” shows up to testify at the GJ while Matthew and SR follow through with their pact to end it all.
