Jesus of Nazareth was a real person. You can debate his Holiness and the claim he was the son of God and the Messiah.
But debating his existence is silly. He is a Historical figure recorded in many history books both secular and non.
The Jews themselves don’t debate his existence; only who he was.
May want to read a bit.

If you are referring to Isaiah 53, there is little in there describing how he would appear after his crucifixion. So you really can't argue consistency from the Old Testament. However, the wounds of the man on the Shroud line-up perfectly with the injuries the Gospels tell us Jesus sustained during His passion. We have the wounds from the crown of thorns, evidence of a broken nose, evidence of his beard being partially ripped out of his face, wounds in his wrists and feet, a spear wound on his side, and multiple wounds on his front and back from scourge marks.

Which was really the point of my question. How many other pieces of cloth out there with the image of a man exist. One? One hundred? From the first time I saw the shroud I could see there was an image of a man. And then the experts discuss and dissect the science around carbon dating and the impossibility that it is of the age of Christ. But there sure is something there and to my knowledge there aren't any more.

"The data profiles were fully compatible with analogous measurements obtained on a linen sample whose dating, according to historical records, is 55-74 AD, found at Masada, Israel".
I thought that modern day Israel was stolen from the Palestinians??

I always found it possible that Jesus was real and once on the earth.
The whole born from a virgin , water to wine type miracles is where religion lost me.
Is it just as possible Jacob knocked up Mary . Don’t tell Jesus the truth. Gave him a god complex. Jesus ran with it. The story grew as tales do.
Or maybe he was the actual child of a god. Seems like a weird way of handling it.
And all the he is coming back business. Well…… where is he? Where are the miracles? Haven’t been any since the time the Bible was written? Not some crying statue type crap. I mean split the Red Sea type stuff.
A shroud with some sweat doesn't prove anything.

I'm not going to try and wouldn't be able to convince you of His Divinity bc it requires faith but miracles happen all the time we just don't refer to them as that way or don't know about them. People surviving I survivable situations, people against all odds not dying from a tragic incident, children's vision being healed, people beating cancer who shouldn't, and on and on

Sure some of those examples include human intervention but that doesn't mean God wasn't behind them. Even in the Bible humans were the vessels of God's miracles many times

Nobody is saying it does
