Seems like this could be a correlation=\= causation thing.

Is it not possible these womens prefrontal cortex was thinner to begin with? And due to that, they had a fear of being pregnant and more likely to use birth control as a precaution?

That's why I got a vasectomy a few years back! Wife wanted to get off the pill and she was good at forgetting to take them. Not sure it did anything positive for her brain though.

Birth control pills should be given away free, in a big jar, at grocery stores, drug stores, bars, restaurants. checkout lines, food stamp offices, sporting events, etc.,etc.
If we can give billions of dollars to countries we can't find on a map, we can make sure every woman over 15 has access to free birth control pills.
Just think, it might reduce abortions by 1%, that adds up to 10,000 baby lives a year. Think about that!
