I don't think she is a violent criminal based on the video. I do see proof that the cop is violent, though.

What's the story here? I haven't followed the background too much.
Hard to have parents when they are dead

No need to expect anyone to follow the rules I guess.
We seem to have different values. Are you young by chance?

Nice deflection
I asked if you thought the girl was trash

Young enough to have a healthy disrespect for police officers and the government that fricks us every chance it gets. It boggles my mind that the same retards who have a strong distrust of the government (probably a good thing) trust the very people in charge of enforcing laws that hold the government up.
I see no positive value in physically removing her from the class room. Ignoring her does the same job but better. If she is continuing to make herself a problem and is breaking the law.. arrest her. Problem solved. Walk in two cops, cuff her, and escort her out. No drama.. nothing exciting. Plain and simple.
I deal with pissed off people on a regular basis in my job. I have authority that I could abuse that would make them even angrier. When things get heated I let the situation cool off. There's no point in someone getting hurt over something ridiculous.

Well that is unfortunate for sure. What is the veracity to the reports that the student had hit the teacher before the cop came in? I remember seeing something about that. Rumors of a second video perhaps

People are saying the student attacked the police officer. They're referring to her defensive movement when he grabs her by the neck. That's because they're legitimately fricking retards.

Kids need boundaries. They need to know that they exist and that there are consequences for fricking up.
It's not OK to let her continue to defy the teacher. The teacher has to be the leader of the class to be effective. Surely you see that.
Letting the little twit continue her defiance isn't good for her or the class. I can't imagine a scenario where I would allow my children to defy me when given a simple request such as hush or turn off your phone. By setting that expectation, my kids will never act as this child has acted.
Young people like you (not everyone like you of course) should be lining up to be police officers to make the system better. Taking action for positive change seems to be a logical next step for whatever your generation is called.

Another dumb frick bites the dust. She doesn't have parents, boss. I think the real problem with you is bigotry or racism. I'll let you pick.
I'm pretty sure I know which one it is though.
I'm neither a racist or a bigot. I'd love to debate this topic, and I haven't bit the dust. Ok, I was misinformed about her parents.
Would you have allowed this behavior to continue to disrupt the class?

Welp, that ends the discussion right there. Carry on.

You don't think at 15 she is aware of this? Is the consequence of refusing to leave a classroom.. to be physically beaten by a police officer?

I see a much better way to accomplish this task. Personally, I would have let her sit there and continued on teaching. Being a leader is getting results. Having her physically removed in the way it happened is poor leadership and very... lower level management style.

If you can't see the police problem we have in this country.. yikes. We have a bit of an issue with police officers mistakenly believing they are the judge, jury, and executioner.

it's a sad day when cops can't handle 15 year old boys and girls on a mental level
It's an even sadder day when professional educators can't do it either.

I disagree. The problem is that we have people that do not respect anyone. Yes I'll give it to you that some police officers may have crossed the line.

They have. There's no law requiring citizens to respect police officers, however. So when cops get bent out of shape and assault citizens because they are running their mouth.. that makes the police officer a criminal.

Which I am totally fine with, but police officers should be able to call these same people a fricking count without reprimand.

Handling ill tempered people in a proper manner separates professionals from those who should have never been in the business. This cop should have never been in the business.
