There is no constitutional right to a free public education, let alone being a part of the cheer squad.

Twitter's not sacrosanct. But if there's stuff on other girl's Twitter accounts that is offensive, I'm not sure they've done a good job picking their battles in the school admin.

Did the tweet came from when she was in school on their Wifi or computer if not.. School will be looking a lawsuit.

I personally don't think it's healthy for any one to grow up in a sterile environment free from anything that is offensive. Part of being an adult is handling and dealing with things and situations you might not like or agree with. I'm not advocating that people should run around with a free pass to see how offensive they can be, but an environment that has been purged of all things offensive is a false reality. The other side of the argument is that there is another side who intentionally tries to offende people with things like a crucifix in a jar or urine or other weird shite and its vigorously defended as art and freedom of expression. The use of finding something offensive is often just an excuse to try and censor something or someone you don't agree with.
