You see, the cops couldn't stand it that this young brother was working a steady job, staying out of trouble, etc.
So, with nothing better to do, they said, "Hey, let's frame this n-word, and make it stick by doing it 9 times with 9 different officers. That is excellent use of our time and resources."
(I do think the war on drugs should be ended, but still, "It's not true." - give me a frickin' break, Pops. He didn't do it 9 times?)

The article says he sold to officers 9 times. It did not say they were different people. It did not specify if it was to one LEO 9 times or 3 LEO's three times.
I still wonder what took so long to arrest him after 1-2 times.

9 times because they were trying to find out who he got it from. When they realize they wouldnt find out who his dealer is they just arrested him. Now they will use his arrest to try and make a deal if he will give them his dealer. It is ridiculous how stupid some of you are(not the person I'm replying to).

One never knows what the target of the investigation was - they may have tried to establish the pattern and observe him before and after the LE transactions to see if others were involved.
Cops are always looking to bag the next guy up the chain - who will have more weight, more money, more guns, etc., and might lead to upper level distributers and wholesalers.

If a guy is a low level coke dealer, there does not seem to be much profit in rolling on his supplier. He may be able to make a deal for less time but it must surely shorten his life expectancy.
