I feel for the guy. My wife usually goes into my FB and "likes" and comments on her pics in her FB as if it's coming from mine. Bottom line - All women are crazy.

All this is valid cringe worthy stuff. But... I have no problems with friends who post a pic of a gift or nice dinner or destination and something sweet about the sig other.
Two examples of when it's okay imo:

One friend's husband bought her a car this week and she doted on him for it.

a friend's wife surprised him with tickets to game and babysitter so he was very happy with her obviously.

It's usually the people with the worst relationships that post the most about how great they are. I've never even told my wife happy birthday on Facebook

It's very weird. People who do that are trying to prove something.

If I have something to say to my wife I'm going to say it to her and not through Facebook. Never understood people wishing their wife happy birthday or anniversary on Facebook.

I've never told my wife happy birthday in real life. I don't have to put on a show for anybody.

In the past, I have given my wife a shoutout for finishing Med School, residcency, being accepted into her Fellowship, and becoming board certified. I am pretty secure with myself. I'll just be counting my beta $$$.

Don't have Facebook but if I have to go on there and tell my wife how much I love her, there may be some bigger problems.

His wife probably logged in under his name and wrote it herself.

My roommate's girlfriend CONSTANTLY posts pictures of them two on Instagram/Facebook/Snapchat story. Shitty hashtags and everything. "I'm so blessed for this man"... etc etc.

He's got a terrible fake smile in all of the pictures too.

I think this can be broken down into a few scenarios:

1) his fake smile is an indication that he cares less in the relationship thus has more power in the relationship, so she does this shite to get his attention

2) her boyfriend has low self-esteem, so she does this shite to build him up

3) she's annoying as frick. these are usually characterized as being louder than a jackhammer when they talk and go batshite crazy when fall comes around because of pumpkin shite

Either way...
