Saw a UFO last night. Can anyone explain?

I went out to watch the Draconid meteor shower and saw something that looked like a satellite, moving slowly, with a drunk driver. Same color, appeared about the same height, but moving slower, weaving in an irregular way. it was also going pretty much perpendicular to the other actual satellites I was seeing. Does anyone know what it might be?

Sounds like Swamp Fog to me...
possibly a weather balloon but in this case i think swamp fog is likely the culprit.

I wasn't afraid I was going to be abducted or anything, just knew it wasn't a plane, satellite, shooting, star, or anything else I had seen before. Thanks for the info. You really can find out almost anything on TD.
