Saw a DOTD employee throwing trash off the basin bridge

Was driving home from work at Mcdonalds and a DOTD vehicle was on the bridge with cones out at about mile marker 125. When I passed I noticed a guy standing at the tailgate shoving some fast food bags and water bottles under the railing and in to the water below. Gotta love Louisiana.

If it was actually trash then call DOTD.
I saw one on 310 doing the same thing and called. There was literally a DOTD pickup truck less than a foot from him to toss it in.

Saw a cop do the same shite. Can’t remever if it was LSP or HENDERSON PD, but the trashy frick threw a piece of a tire right over the side.
