Sandwich Left Out WYEI

On Wednesday I packed a sandwich in a Ziploc bag, but left it on my counter at home. Left it there 7 am and put it back in my refrigerator 7 pm. The sandwich has turkey, ham, bacon and swiss cheese on it. Think its good to eat?

I eat medium rare hamburgers and I would throw that sandwich away. Isn't the bread all soggy as hell now? It just doesn't sound appetizing.
