Well, in 2008 it was a rider who jumped off of the float before the riders were supposed to get off in the Dome when and he was run over when he did so.

The parade we ride in has mandatory walkers at every axel and every corner of the float and truck. So 12 walkers per float. Every year I grab a kid by the collar and stop them from diving under the float.
There are zero walkers for these big floats right?
