Lots! We stayed at Ulusaba which is Richard Branson's resort. It was phenomenal. Our Africa trip is the best trip we've ever done and we've done some amazing stuff. We did Botswana for 4 nights, Zimbabwe for 2 nights, Sabi for 5 nights (wish we were there for 1-2 weeks), Cape Town and Franschoek for another 4 nights. I wish we could've done more like a month but I was still working and as you've likely seen this is an expensive trip! We definitely plan on doing more Safaris.

Being away from home for weeks on end is always expensive but the exchange rate couldn’t be much better. And the quality of food there is amazing. The flights are ridiculously long but worth it. A great destination especially if you have airline miles to use.

He loved his animals. I have no problem with this. He died doing what he loved doing. No different than Steve Irwin

That was the cherry on top this spectacular trip, I used 275k Amex points and got us Qatar QSuites 17ish hours each way to CA where we had a double bed in the middle of the plane

I did when I went to Sabi Sands in 2019. Stayed at the Ulusaba Safari Lodge. 12/10 experienced.

I’ve been all around the world and to this day it’s still the best place I’ve ever been

A large bull elephant will oblige you if you want to be killed. Just walk up by it and it will help you fulfill your dream

Addo was neat for me mainly because it was my first time on photo safari. I will never forget coming around a corner and seeing a bull elle standing beside the road. The concentration of elephants is very high. Also saw a lone dugga boy on the way out that was staring defiantly at us. That was cool.

Etosah is much bigger and we only had 1 day. Tons of zebra and giraffe. We also saw a leopard in broad daylight which was great.

I really want to see rhinos! But no luck yet.

A walking safari would be the last type of safari I would consider.

Upon reflection, a swimming safari in the crocodile infested Rufiji River in Tanzania might be a strong contender.

For sure. The amount of food and drinks served 3x a day was insane, but so damn good.

Nice photos

You should definitely go to Sabi Sands. Rhinos and leopards were all over. Lots of elephants, lions, giraffes, hyenas, etc. We even saw a few packs of wild dogs.
