Is that in Henry? If it is then I've met you before because I watched Morris hit that home run in a bar at a boat landing in Henry. Just can't remember the name.

Glassman I'm so sorry. That's an awful story to live. I don't know the young man but hope that his friends and family help him through this. And that he gets the help that I'm sure he'll need.

Russian perhaps send a card to his parents. It would likely mean a lot to them.

yeah i was going to say something similar

these situations should just lead people to want to make sure things are ok with people around them, especially people who have had issues in the past. that kind of stuff means more to people in the gallows than anything else

i wonder if the OUI had something to do with it?

Worked so hard at his career and maybe he thought this would kill what he achieved

Maybe donate to his favourite charity in his name on behalf of tigerdroppings posters? Seems like an easy thing to organize.

Well apparently I met G Vice 2 decades ago while Watren Morris hit that home run.

There were about 10 people in that bar.

Here's the scary part: 6 of those people were related to my ex GF. I sure hope GVice didn't grow up in Lydia.

He had a post sometime ago about knee issues and another one about muscle relaxers. I've seen the same info you posted here.

Sounds like a troubled young man but no one likely knew maybe until the above legal issues.

I would bet in his position those charges could ruin his career real quick.

Just trying to shed some light on why he may have committed suicide.

Just proves no matter how well you know someone, you never really know whats going on in their head.

I though about you after I saw this news. Actually figured yall had met and knew each other IRL. Yall seemed to have had similar mindsets and chemistry on MT board.

Honestly, all that says to me is we need to have a far more open conversation about mental health and substance abuse in this country. We tend to associate those problems with people who are outliers in society. You can be wildly successful, incredibly likeable, and a functional human being and have those issues. But people want to turn a blind eye or think it can't happen to them or to loved ones that are otherwise pretty normal folks.

This absolutely breaks my heart.

Negative.

Just trying to shed some light on why he may have committed suicide. These things need to be brought to light or mental health issues will always be taboo.

This should not take away from the fact that he seemed like a pretty good guy to a lot of people.

Everyone has demons.

My best friend in life committed suicide June 3rd last years. He was a Comptroller at a very large company in Lafayette and the guy that got me as pationate about LSU football as I am when I started school. He had a drug problem.

Drugs will DESTROY perfectly good human beings. It lowers their self worth to nil even though they are most worthy of love Especially from the people who's lives they changed and brightened.

Sorry but I'm bowing out of here. Too many memories.

I'm sure THF and my boy are talking LSU football right now.
