The perpetrator, Clark, continues to engage and pursue in a furtive attempt to publish information about an underage minor's private affairs.

I think Ryan is vilifying this girl and letting it look like he and family are victims because he said something sexual or offensive to her and/or got shot down. Or maybe contract with ESPN coming up or needs some cover for something work related he half arse’d on recently. Or daughter has messed up recently.
No way a grown man keeps taking apologizes for something happening directly to daughter that was not explicitly directed at her and would have had to have seen screen captures and which keep including the school which had already acted to expel student before Ryan’s 1st tweet on this much less continuing to retweet many of these responses.
He is trying way to hard even for him.

I actually genuinely believe he's just this big of an attention whore.
He also spends much of his time on twitter arguing that not everything comes down to race. A little girl dropping an N bomb helps him support the narrative that everyone is racist.

I used to like him but now he’s nothing more than a race baiting piece of shite most of the time.
I’m glad his daughter is okay though. Surely some random teenager at her huge school saying the N word on social media and not directly to her was pretty devastating for her and hard to overcome.
