While I said my Russian concern was their new MBT earlier I was thinking conventional at the time. When I read the words any potential conflict it hit me my real concern is in the cyber realm. While I expect our offensive capabilities are fairly strong I am pretty convinced our cyber defense capabilities are woefully inadequate. The damage Russia/China all the way down to non-nation actors could probably reek havoc on the US.
