How would a drone operator know Putin's flight plans. This makes no sense.

The sad thing is, there is a high likelihood I have spent more time in Moscow than you have. FYI if you ever get summoned to the main office there is a really cool children's mall next door. It is 6 or so stories tall and like nothing I have ever seen in the US.
