Wife been making me either turkey sammiches or pbj sammiches, toss in some cracker snacks or fig newtons and stuff and call it a wrap. What are some other EASY and convenient things to eat for lunch? Maybe a tad on healthy side, tired of eating fast food and spending $10 for lunch everyday.

Grill a few chicken breasts and make a chicken salad. Same goes for tuna.

Night before, mix black beans, brown rice, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and lean ground beef. Season how you like. I usually use chili powder and stuff. Healthy, and you can bring it in a container. Cheap to make and takes no time to cook. I buy the no sodium black beans in a can, diced tomatoes and mushrooms are from the can as well. You can get the minute brown rice or boil in a bag brown rice to save time.
For snacks, get a can of mixed nuts and go get a vegetable plate from your local nicer grocery like Kroger or Rouses's.
I mean, if you want to healthy you have to put A LITTLE effort in.

FitMenCook is AWESOME, but his meals take some time to prepare. And lots of the ingredients tend to be stuff you don't normally keep around the house. Still, he has great ideas. Dude is a HUGE fan of panko.

Geez, dude. Time to expand that palate.

So you're basically asking for help but being difficult about it?

A quick, healthy meal I've been making for lunch lately:
- Saute shrimp in a tablespoon of light butter with salt and pepper. ***Add some curry powder or Paprika, if desired
- Once cooked, set aside (in bowl) and add chopped asparagus with sliced onion
- Add shrimp back into the pan and mix together
Surprisingly won't stink up your workplace when you heat it up for lunch.

I have been eating some frozen dinners lately. Marie Calanders isn't too bad.

I haven't watched all of his videos. But his $75 meal prep hooked me.

Grill up a few days worth of those Kirkland brand frozen turkey burgers from Costco. You can nuke em for around 30 seconds to heat up. A lil mustard & mayo and they make a tasty sandwich.
