That's a bad attitude to have. If a family is there, it's certainly better than not being there.

I wouldn't have said anything until the following business day. If you're not 100% sure then it's best to say nothing.

Your nose belongs in your business.

You aren't supposed to store and hold on to the love God freely gives you. You are to receive it and in turn give it to others...like a river flowing.

No bullshite. This guy who was a bookie for a long time (he isn't anymore, but he was big time from when I was a kid to about 10 years ago). When I would go to mass (usually during one of the church going holidays) there have been times I was sitting by him. Ole boy would pull out the money clip, quickly take out 2 or 3 50s off the top and throw it in basket.

Funny. My family and were at Hilton Head last summer and one afternoon we went to a place to eat where you order at the counter. Some granola hippie dude about 25 was working the counter. He had a shitty attitude and was pretty rude to the people who were ordering before us. I already thought he was a jerk before we ordered. After we ordered, I gave my 10 year old son $2 to put in the tip bucket and as he was about to drop it in this guy looks up from the register and says “whoa there buddy, can’t take money from the tip jar.” He was acting like he had reached in and taken money out. I put the a-hole in check real quick. “I said “wtf are you talking about man? He was putting a tip in your jar.” I took the $2 from my son and put it back in my wallet and told the guy he might try to practice not being an a-hole to every customer.and. Pissed me off that my son was proud to be giving a tip and then the douche ruins it by calling him a thief.

that's a truly infinite amount of ignorance. What "folks like" him do has no bearing on the truth about eternity. If you reject Christ, you choose an eternity in hell. that fact won't be mitigated by what other "folks" do.
