Roxie, a female bull mastiff and three dead Floridians, one an 11 year old

Disagreement over a dog (Roxie) was settled in court Monday with Roxie's owner called to pay several hundred dollars.
Involved neighbors returned home. Roxie's owner's husband then went across the street, entered the neighbor's home. Child in the home calls police that someone is killing her parents.
Police arrive. More gun shots. Maybe a two hour stand off.
Shooter, a man and a thirteen year old girl died.
Most news reports even more garbled than my attempt above.
Whereabouts of Roxie unknown.

So in 2020 the rule book says the cop that issued the citation in March should be placed on leave.
