I tend to drive by on Perkins everyday. I see that they are adding drainage in the back, but I am wondering when the retail will break ground. Does anyone have an idea on the status of the plans? It all seems to be moving at a fairly slow pace.

Tommy needs to find someone to fund it who he can then screw out of all their money and keep the property for himself.

There have been a bunch of homes built but I have yet to see any of the commercial construction.

I think infill development that connects existing roads could improve infrastructure.
I just want a good grocery store - Rouses or Publix....
Now, this posted in the other development thread near the casino falls under a development around unimproved infrastructure. 500+ houses around a two lane road...

there will also be an additional ~60 acre subdivision going up on ben hur to add to the already congested Nicholson as well.
