These guys just want to get big companies in a court and then they beat them up while 12 jurors that might as well have been picked from the checkout line at WalMart throw millions at them

That is not enough. Once they are successful with one or two they decide to extort another company.

I wonder if the firm this guy works at contributed to Gumbo Pac.

if he'd been more reasonable, like say 2 mill, they might've gone for it.

It’s almost like these trial lawyer bastards are unethical or something.

Love the recent zantac commercials. “If you or a loved one was diagnosed with esophageal cancer or stomach cancer, you maybe entitled to a cash reward.” So people that are predisposed to having these cancers, which is why they take this medications to begin with (acid reflux), can now have a case against Zantac. For frick sakes.

That’s on Zantac for selling medication loaded with carcinogens to people already predisposed to those sorts of cancers.

quote:

The FDA reported an advisory on September 13, 2019, after discovering the carcinogenic contaminant NDMA in ranitidine, the active ingredient in Zantac, at levels between 3,000 to 26,000 times higher than FDA approved standards.

I love that this scumbag lawyer is about to get screwed by another set of lawyers he had to hire to defend him.

Very little media coverage of this $200 million extortion. The trial lawyers have a lot a power it seems.

Oh so NOW you support the FBI? This isn't some sort of "deep state conspiracy"?
