Watch Ronnie Coleman now workout here. After the injury Ronnie Coleman felt like he is about to die because of his back pain. This video is based on how Ronnie Coleman lives 2021.

Dude at least doesn't feel sorry for himself or has any regrets.

It’s an absolutely incredible feat of strength, but damn, one’s joints and tendons, disc, etc, just can’t keep up with the amount of muscle/strength an unreal amount of steroids will provide(especially in extreme excess).

im actually more concerned about his cardiovascular health from the excessive amounts of steroids, let's just hope that is okay, sure the surgeries to relieve the pain are rough, but heart health is paramount

you're heart doesn't get any stronger with more muscle, it just works harder

He was incredible for the bodybuilding world. His huge personality is what kept people motivated.

Him and CT Fletcher made you want to go lift

I’ve known Ronnie all of my life, he used to work at a small grocery store in Bastrop in the early 80s, I played High school football with his brother Alex. He is a great guy.

That's a message a lot of kids need to get. You want to be the best? Sacrifice.

Me, I'm okay being slightly above average. :D

That was an interesting video. He may have compressed discs and used a walker. But still has more muscles than me and he’s probably 60.

Gotta admit, he seems like a genuinely great guy.

He is a legend for sure and it all comes to an end one day:(

No need for gear-shaming. Not now.

He should have quit at the first sign of problems. That juice is good for big muscles but horrible for joints with that weight.
