Prospect Park Police tell TMZ the poo-petrating suspect has been identified as 44-year-old Christina Solometo ... and she's now facing charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition, criminal mischief - property damage, harassment, and depositing waste on the highway.
