This is for students only. They kind of deserve it. The parade grounds looked atrocious last year after games. It's a shame, but those dipshits are getting what they deserve. Sucks for the students that act like civilized humans.

Whatever, either way, if the animals that tailgate around the parade grounds wouldn't kick over trash cans and porto potties after home games, then maybe they wouldn't have to resort to this. Serves them right.
