Allegedly from Antioch, IL, which is only 20 miles or so from Kenosha.

That makes more sense. I didn't realize Kenosha was so close to the Illinois border.

Oh wow.

Yeah, definitely shifts the story in favor of the shooter.

But it was probably a peaceful Molotov Cocktail.

I watched a couple versions now

Obviously the guy chasing him throws something at him, no idea if it's a molotov cocktail

Although ultimately, in the real world of justice before we started prosecuting people to appease the mob, whether it was actually a molotov cocktail may not have mattered if the shooter believed he threw it at him and was continuing to chase him (with God knows what weaponry).

Either way, I don't think there is any real argument for murder one unless there is pretty clear evidence that the shooter had done something beforehand and the chaser didn't escalate. Like, the shooter attacked him and the chaser ran after him with a bagged piece of produce and tossed at him. I'm only raising that "possibility" (and not really) because that's what the "molotov cocktail" looks like on that shitty video.

Not sure how much it matters, but that doesn’t look like a Molotov cocktail in this photo (Bottom right)

Didn't really look like one in the second video in that link above where you can see him throw something.

Not sure how much that changes things though. He threw something at the guy after chasing him.

The whole story was just so much cooler back when it was a Molotov cocktail.

And the other two shootings are pretty clearly self-defense.

The YouTube breakdown with all the cameras is both really good and really sad.

It’s really good in the sense that it gives you a pretty clear picture of the entire event from almost start to finish.

It’s really sad because a random guy on YouTube was more effective, more thorough, and more honest with an 8 hour timeframe than the entire American media industry.

Just makes it a lot more iffy in a world where self-defense is generally looked down on and violent protestors are accepted and encouraged.

Who knows what that is. Remnants of a sub and a bag of chips from Subway?

That's not even the most gory picture of it...the one I saw you could clearly see the end of the bone on his lower arm.

They deleted my meme that contained a pic of his arm, just a heads up

If that's the moment the guy gets killed, that's pretty harsh.

Somehow my empathy for these fricks has run out.

I want peace. I have begged for nuance, understanding and compassion.

But, they chose the path of war. So I will not weep when it visits them.

Yeah looking at the video again..I think the reflection on whatever was thrown Might have started the Molotov narrative..like cellophane or something.
Btw, I’d never chase a guy with an assault rifle on the chance they’re not pulling the trigger. And that last group of idiots knew this kid has just shot someone yet they try to take him on...

Also in that video, someone else is shooting, not sure who or at what.
