A good chiro helps greatly to keep your body tuned.

Anytime I’ve had a problem, like throwing my back, hip or neck out of whack doing something I shouldn’t have, 3-5 visits and I’m back to normal.

I’ve only had four different ones and they were all very good.

The only thing I know about Chiropractors is this: One of my sons had frequent migraines...about once a month. We got into a car wreck and he began having migraines practically every day. Missed a ton of school, etc. Took him to 2 MDs, they put him on some strong meds and those meds essentially changed his personality AND he was still having migraines about twice per week. Someone recommended a chiropracter, and we said, "what does he have to lose?"

Treatment began...his headaches stopped. Maybe once per every 2 months. Turned them off like a light switch.

All I know is he was in constant pain, and now he is fine.

My wife gets good results from a chiropractor. Helps with pain and is less of a bitch, I’d call that a win. Some of it is just positive mindset from believing it helps in my opinion. Also the chiropractor seems to do a lot of things that look like physical therapy to me.

I never believed in them until I had a bout of some serious neck pain. Neck kept having spasms that was extremely excruciating. I couldn't move head in one direction or twist it and almost yelling when it spasmed. Go to the quack chiropractor at my wife's recommendation, and he got me straitened out almost immediately. By day 2 I was 100%. This happened to me twice in the last 2 years. It worked on me and I'm a pretty skeptical person. It wont cure everything but it fixed me.
Same with me when my lower back locks up which is basically a charlie horse in the muscle that surrounds the spine. It cramps to protect the spine from serious damage, The chiro can bring almost instant relief from pain that will drop you to your knees. They may be quack but at times they work.

Hurt my neck playing softball and got into a small car wreck about a month later. Had a friend that was an attorney and he had a friend that was a chiropractor. He planned it all out for me to get money out of the situation. All I had to do was to go to chiropractor 5 times and all would be taken care of. Didn’t know what to expect the first time, but I was scared shitless every time I went back. I thought the dude was gonna break my fricking neck.

I first went to a chiropractor when I was injured in a match. The muscle spasms were causing extreme nerve pain in my lower back. Urgent Care and Ortho recommended chiropractic care in addition to their treatment. It was amazing.

Neck extensions are my favorite and I frequently as my coach to hold my head in place while I drop my body weight slowly to achieve to lesser but similar adjustment.

ETA I’m not sure I like the way he does that particular extension TBH.
