sounds great in theory but whether you chase or you try and keep your back against the cage it grabbing air and fail ed take downs still take energy. And once you gas and you eat repeated elbows to the mouth and you start tasting your own blood 99.9% of these "in shape Joe's" will quit. And thats just Joanna. Nunes or Cyborg will just take your back and choke you out in 30 seconds or less.
