We only live once and all but there may be a point where a richer guy comes along or your bank account dips down. Then you think she will be around? You should obviously be attracted to your spouse and all but looks aren’t everything.

Have a friend who settled early and had a very fair to spare HVAC residential business. Debt, the whole nine. He eventually stumbles upon a commercial ISD bid and lands it, basically lying out his arse re: capabilities. 15 years later, he's doing around 40M in hospital and school district contracts per year and is now stuck like Chuck
