Reverse E-mail Look-up (NSFW few Yoga Pant Pics)

Anyone know of a free reverse e-mail search? My s/o got a very threatening e-mail from an anonymous address.
I want to find out who it is.
To summarize the e-mail it attacked her saying she was unfit for her job and they were going to let the school board know she "lets her kids smoke God knows what."
It is all total BS and last night I ignored it but when I read it again this morning I became very irate.
Any suggestions on finding out who the e-mail address belongs to?

Sign the email address up for crazy newsletters, etc. See who complains the most.

Between this and you getting fired from your teaching job, you make one hell of an instructional team.

not alot you can do. the IP can be harvested from the header but that data can easily lead you know where depending on where the person was online and what type of email client they are using. basically if you want to attempt to get anywhere is to file a police report but chances are that will go nowhere. no ISP will provide anything without a subpoena

You can literally make any email address and email literally anyone.
How about you try and do a google search for that email, maybe find him/her on craigslist or dating websites then you make a fake email and pretend to be someone that's taken an interest and gather info that way?
