I see this thrown around by ignorant people but I understand it as just meaning all other races vs whites. White people will still be the largest single race in the USA but they will no longer be THE majority overall.
Blacks will still only be a small percentage and unfortunately for them the other races hate blacks more so than the evil white man does.
