This isn’t the 50s anymore. People are allowed to wear hats inside restaurants. Why does someone wearing a hat bother you so much? Is that hat distracting to you as you eat you’re over priced sushi?

I like to speak foreign language to sound sophisticated at fancy restaurants.
"Uno mas cerveza" is all I know, don't care where I'm at, seems to work. If I start feeling weird, I've been told to say "agua".
