It's almost like you can hear the plaintiffs lawyers having orgasms.
I am realizing that this isn't that big of a deal to posters who didn't grow up in the 80's but this guy was a HUGE star in my youth. I am really kind of stunned that either he was guilty of this activity all along or that the #metoo thing reeled him in and got him convicted. Either way it is shocking to me.
FWIW, I think he would be better known now if he hadn't gotten pretty much cut off by Hollywood after he went rogue in the 90's. For those that are too young, he went public with several speeches where he called out the problems in black culture in a very outright manner. I remember one clip that was played on TV where he said words to the effect of: "I have multiple college degrees, came from nothing and made myself a household name so I have earned the right to say that black people calling themselves victims and living off welfare are the ones at fault." He also called out black men for having kids out of wedlock and not raising them. It was a big deal and then just went silent because everyone was afraid to discuss it.
