Replacing Toilet - DIY or Plumber? - Update - I changed them but problem in OP

We need to replace our toilet in the master bath. Thinking about moving my boys' toilet (2 years old) to our bathroom and getting them one that's a bit shorter/round seat for potty training. So possibly 1 or possibly 2 removal/installs. I was planning on tackling this by myself on my day off Friday but a few people I've talked to have said they'd never mess with toilets.
Is the wax ring/getting the bowl on to the bolts the biggest hurdle? If so, would the Sani Seal Wax Free Ring make it any easier?
I'm sure if I hire a plumber to take both toilets out, put their toilet in our bathroom and install new toilet in their bathroom it'll run me $300+.
Update: I got both of them changed. In my boys' bathroom, I can barely open the valve without the pipes hammering. This didn't occur before. Is there a simple fix I can try? Turn main water off and open all faucets?

That's an easy DIY job if you're the least bit handy.

Easy job but can be nasty, those old wax seals are disgusting.

Nothing to it. Just get a good wax ring and don't tighten the bolts so tight you bust the ceramic.

Buy complete toilet in a box from home Depot / lowes and follow instructions. Its simple.. depending on where you are Ill do it for about 275.00 I'd you have the new toilet.

This.
Just have to make sure you get the wax ring right and don't put too much torque on the bolts or it will crack the toilet.

turn water off. flush toilet. unscrew two bolts on the floor. remove toilet. replace with other toilet and screw bolts.
that's it
that's it

Can anyone comment on that ring I have a link to in OP?

If you have any mechanical apptitude you can knock that out in an hour (each) It's not very hard at all. Some hangups you may encounter. The valve to shut the water off may be frozen, In that case you would have to shut the water off at the meater and change out the valve at the toilet as well. NBD, just buy a valve when you go to the store and return it if you dont need it. Also don't just replace the wax seal, get new bolts as well. Cover the hole with a rag, you don't want to be sniffing boody gas while your changing out the toilet. Get some clear silicone and run a bead around the base of the toilet after you have the toilet installed.

I cant but this really is an insanely easy job. I replaced the one in our master bath a few months back and its simple. You shouldn't need more than an hour

Never used a wax-free ring. I've changed out the wax ring on quite a few toilets using a regular old wax ring and never had any issues with leaking. As long as you follow the directions and line it up correctly its easy.

Wear latex gloves and disinfect your tools afterwards

I've never used that ring but I've seen someone else suggest it in a similar thread before. The few times I've changed toilets we used wax.

I say don't do this.
I don't do it either... it will only hide any possible leaks
