Just finished! No issues whatsoever. No injuries either although I have a feeling my back will be fricked tomorrow.

At the time , we were talking about torsion springs. You don't have those. Your type , although not nearly as dangerous , are much more of a pain in the arse imo. And yes, you could vice grip the track and make it easier to do with door up with that type of spring. My apologies.
