Nothing happens. People get killed by indigenous tribes there. I visiting a tribe in the Amazon recently...the Amazon is gigantic and there are tribes everywhere. Very easy for someone to just disappear

Reminds me of this film on either HBO or Showtime recently about SJWs going to the rain forest to fight loggers. The indigenous people didn't appreciate the do-gooders' intentions, but liked them personally - prepared several different ways. This is the R-rated trailer.
