I'm going to be un PC and blunt here.
I would bet my house that the white kids act or sat blows the black kids score away
The bottom line reality is that in these mostly black schools you have kids finishing at the top of their class then going out and scoring a 17 on the ACT.
So while I see all this whining about "fair", the reality is no matter what color you are you shouldn't be able to travel from a rigged system to a non rigged system and have your scores from your rigged system count the same

Because of the absolute PLAGUE of pretend/made-up racism coupled with rampant black on white racism and the incessant attempts at making white people feel guilty for something they didn't do, most of us don't give a flying fk about "real" racism when it SUPPOSEDLY happens.....
I don't know if that's what the SJW's wanted, but that's how it is whether or not people have the guts to admit the truth.
