An attorney won't help. This is how CATS pays out its liability claims and no attorney can do anything about it. They have to wait to get paid for their clients' claims too.

Going to the press might help.

The guy needs to get his insurance company to replace his car and then let them subrogate it if necessary. After all, that is why he pays for insurance in the first place.

Make as much noise as you can. Tv and newspaper for starters. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I saw that there was a Toyota grill right next to the porch after the bus was removed...wondered why since i knew the bus wouldn't have a Toyota grill. Wonder why it was never reported about a vehicle involved too...

My vehicle was sideswiped by a CATS bus when parked downtown. It kept going. I was at home when I put together the Color scheme and damage and figured out it was a bus.

I drove over to the dispatch station on government and spoke to a manager. I told him I thought a bus had hit it due to damage and paint. He was sceptical and said bus would have stopped and we had no eye witness. He had me drive around to the storage yard and lined my suv up against a bus. Everything lined up and he said yeah, looks like we hit you. It was a temporary driver who got fired for not stopping.

Brown Insurance came out and wrote me a check for the damage. It's the same insurance company the city police issues. Found that out for the same reason..... But he stopped.

If you go the route of Ambulance Chaser.....don't call Dudley or Morris.

You need to Get Gordan and ask for Chandler Loupe to represent you. Chandler is an attorney for Get Gordan AND the Mayor Pro Tem for Baton Rouge. Win win situation.
