The problem is they are stupid enough to use or possess drugs out in public where the cops are likely to catch you as opposed to the privacy of your home where most white people partake.

That's how a black market works. Since there is no regulation, violence rules the day.

If you read a book once in awhile, prohibition of alcohol saw a ton of violence. White on white. Society decided that they couldn't ban alcohol, so we repealed the amendment.

Same should be done with drugs.
Regulate it and the violence will not be there, as there is no incentive.
