I had one replaced by AAMCO and it never drove right again despite them telling me the torque converter slipping was not an issue.

Louisiana Transmission on Plank Road. Best guy in town. He's a straight up honest guy. Has all the work he needs so has no reason to try to screw you.

I've only had transmission work done one time in BR.
It was at LeBouef's Transmission Repair on Cloverland by the Industriplex. I thought it was expensive, but I hear that most transmission work is.

Can you make it to N.O.? I know of a very good one here not far from my house and he's been in business for ages in the same location on Bienville St.
The name of the company is C & O Transmission and the owner is a guy named Chris Oats. Hell of a nice guy and a straight shooter.
