That's more country than redneck. There is a definite distinction between the two.

I have noticed a trend where rednecks (especially females) talk with a ghetto black accent. Strange to hear someone talking ghetto and turn around and see a white girl standing there...

I never hear it in real life, but stuff like this (unoriginal, unclever names for things) that are repeated over and over on here do annoy me.

It's like when a guy won't quit calling Whole Foods "Whole Paycheck." We get it, you say it once, then you call it by the normal name.
