Yep. It's not a put down. It was what it was.

Who's the nun you speak of, and what did she do?

I wish more private schools like that existed. Here in MS, Catholic schools are typically pretty affordable. And that's the way it should be.

St. Richards (Catholic)was cheaper than FPDS (Presbyterian). I don't know how much St. Joe's (Catholic) is, but I do know that Prep (Non-denominational LOL) is expensive, but the most expensive is St. Andrew's (Episcopalian).

This is true ... My parents put 6 of us through Redemptorist on a single salary. How they ever managed that is beyond me, but I will be forever greatful.

Just heard Jeremy Hill is dedicating his game this week to locker room sex with high school freshmen.

With the goofy mentality of BR, how long is it before Catholic's location is considered "the hood"? Hell, it seems like many almost think it is now.

Catholic is in the heart of the revitalizing Mid-City pal.

I heard a rumor a while back, they were offered the land around the Greenwell Springs library for free to rebuild. They turned it down. Any truth to this?

Definitely true. They didn't want to separate from the Catholic Church on campus. I live in central, and would've sent my kids to Redemptorist... if they relocated here. Even with our great school system. A lot of my friends went to RHS.. Kind of sad.
