This is true. I did encounter a hobo shitting downtown in BR years back. Looked like he'd been using the curb for a while

I have lived in Louisiana for 59 years and have yet to ever see one "nationalist" group. I went to the Bay area last year. Their food sucks and there is trash everywhere.
