They can

And they should. I've been into plenty of bars and restaurants that had a dress code. If you don't like it don't go. They shouldn't have to apologize for the SJW mob.

That dress code is very unfriendly to the common denominator. I approve

Stuff like this makes me thank God I live in western Nebraska.

Very little culcha here.

This was targeted to keep the Shark Lyfe Gang out the social setting.

The apology is just catering to SJWs, that’s really pathetic. Blah blah statement about diversity and inclusion

Why is having sagging pants and issue?

I don’t care what you look like, sagging pants doesn’t look good.

No one wants to see guys underwear hanging out like that. That’s not attractive

Apparently if you don't allow everyone in no matter what they wear, you are racist.

Try to avoid having a situation like Stadium Ultralounge & Bar, racist.

Not wanting customers that care so little about their appearance god only knows what they will do to the establishment, racist.

No sagging allowed. Yes, I 100% agree with that.

But the rest of the dress code does come across as they are only wanting the “do you know who my dad is? Chad.” And the “going to LSU to get my Mrs. Degree, Stephanie.” Type of crowd.

Deciding to open a business in south BR and enforcing this type of dress code is risky AF.

Let’s be honest, Red Stick Social was DOA the second they opened. If it makes it more than 2 years, I’d be shocked
