The story can't be true. The tweet clearly says that the operators of the vehicles were felons and, by law, felons are prohibiting from owning firearms.

Yes!
It's well known that larger magazines cause people to be violent. Just think, if they had to swap magazines at some point, they would likely say, in that moment after dropping the magazine "what am I doing with my life?"
And then would go to college and get right with Jesus and be a good boy who wouldn't hurt a fly.
It was the fact that he didn't have to stop after putting the 1st 10 rounds into that old lady that drove him to a life of crime!
the only way to stop it is to punish law abiding people. Just like in school, the only way to stop bad kids from writing bad words on the walls is to take all the good kids pencils away.
It's settled science. Don't be on the wrong side of history.
