What exactly does being "anchored" mean. I had assumed that it meant the post was locked from making further comments, but I keep seeing comments being made.

You can still post, but the thread no longer pops to the top of the forum when a new post is made. Thus, it's already on page 2.

Maybe if everyone would keep on the subject and ignore Kibbles and Helmet Head, we could get this thing stickied. The recall effort is not about race. Hell, if you go to their facebook page, some of the people pushing the recall petition actually admitted to voting for Broome. They want her out because she's not doing her job, and her incessant race baiting is only serving to further divide the city/parish. Most of us don't give a damn what color her skin is. Plenty of people wanting to recall Broome are former supporters of Kip Holden.

I voted for her because Bode is awful. I will also sign the recall petition. She is much more racist than I imagined.
