You need about 18 bags of Quickcrete so $80
You need about 2 1x6x8 so $9
A few hundred bucks in labor so less than $300.

Of course, you can do it yourself for less than $100

5'x3'x4" =0.185 cu yd or 5 cu ft

1 80lb sack of quickrete cover .6 cu ft

5/.6 = 8.3 sacks

Round up to 10 sacks at $4.25 a sack and you at $42.50 for concrete

Add in 2-2×4×8s, 8 stakes and a 1lb box of nails and you at about $60 in materials.

Rent a concrete mixer for $60 and you about $120 in for material and rentals.

Get a Mexican from Lowes parking and pay him $80 to do the work.

Total price $200

I quit bringing mine from the backyard at Halloween. It’s just too heavy.

I just poured a medium sized patio.

16' x 24'came out to around $2k. That was with removal of old patio concrete, too.

Some Baw would charge the same price for a 5x3 generator pad just because it's a pain in the arse. Rent an electric mixer from Home Depot for the day at about $100 and DIY. Quit being a pussy.

Any new houses going up in your subdivision? Go talk to the Forman and see if they’ll cut you a deal for a couple hundred bucks.

This. I got the Mexican concrete crew building our our neighborhood to come double the size of my driveway and add onto my back porch for about $2500. But they already had a pour going on that day down the street and their people, tools, and equipment were already there. They scrapped off the grass with a skid steer and formed it up in about 2hrs, poured it the next day after they finished pouring what they were there to do in the first place. It was about 10yds of concrete, and $250/cy is not bad at all for paving.

Ready-mix concrete companies can't batch that small of an amount, and they usually have a minimum charge, which would include them bringing the rest of the batch that you paid for and dumping it on the ground back at the plant. Do it with sack crete. If you don't want to do it yourself, get the generator guy to do it, or do as others suggested and pay a Mexican from the Home Depot parking lot $100 and buy the materials yourself.
